Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products

Return Process

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
